IGNOU Exam Form 2024 Eligibility:
Please complete the examination form for the June 2024 Term End Examination. This applies to the following cases:
- All courses registered in the first year or re-registered for the 2nd/3rd year during the July 2023 session for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs.
- All courses registered in the July 2023 session for Diploma and PG Diploma Programs.
- All courses registered in the Jan 2024 session for Certificate and PG Certificate Programs.
- Courses for which term-end examinations have not been successfully completed or have not appeared, so far.
Note: Please note that if you took the June 2024 Term End Exam for the previous semester year courses and your results are not declared when you fill out the examination form, you can still apply or add those courses later. This is possible after the results are declared, but only if you did not successfully complete the Term End Exam for any of those courses.
- Submit your assignment for the desired paper(s) when applying for the Term End Examination (TEE).
- Select an exam centre from the available options based on your convenience. Please be aware that, according to university rules, once allotted, the exam centre cannot be changed.

How to get a refund? IGNOU Exam Form 2024:
- If a student pays too much or if the payment is not successful, they should go to the bank and request a chargeback after receiving the Hall Ticket.
- Only after the Hall Ticket is published on the IGNOU website, students should approach the bank with their chargeback case, if necessary.
- The extra/unsuccessful fee will be adjusted or refunded to the account used for payment after the concerned bank verifies the records.
- If a student receives a refund for all exam fees through chargeback and still takes the IGNOU June TEE, their exam result will not be released until they pay the required examination fees.
How to change IGNOU Exam Center?
If you want to choose a different exam centre than the one assigned by IGNOU, follow these steps:
- Log in to your IGNOU account using your User ID and Password.
- Once logged in, select your regional centre from the dropdown list to view the active examination centres.
- Please note that changing the exam centre within the same city is not allowed.
- You are allowed to request a change of exam centre only once.
- Click on the provided link for changing the exam centre, and follow the instructions.
- Pay the nominal fee mentioned on the website for this service securely online.
- After submitting the request, make sure to take a printout of the receipt for your future reference.
IGNOU Exam Form 2024: Instructions for Students from Other Countries
In June TEE, IGNOU exam forms can be submitted through both online and offline methods. For the online mode, students must fill out the IGNOU exam form available on the official website. After completing the form, online payment of the exam fees is required.
On the other hand, the offline mode is exclusively for certain students, including international or Other Countries students and those facing special circumstances. International students seeking to submit the IGNOU exam form offline should contact their respective regional center. If permitted to choose the offline mode, they need to download the exam form online and obtain a hard copy. Alternatively, they can collect the form directly from the regional center. Payment of exam fees for such students can be made in cash, through a demand draft (DD), or via challan at their regional center.
